The domain name and site ‘treateasy.co.in’, an internet based portal and ‘Treateasy’, a mobile application, is owned and operated by BivaanHealthcare Private Limited, duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter, referred to as “Treateasy” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). The domain name, site and mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”.

For the Purpose of providing services and for other purposes indentified in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), Treateasy will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users of the Services, including the Practitioners, the Sellers, the Buyers, the Labsor otherwise (as defined in the Terms and Conditions,which may be accessed via the following weblink(“Terms”)) and the visitors of Website (jointly and severally referred to as “you”or “your” or “Users” in this Privacy Policy).

Part of the functionality of Treateasy is assisting the doctors and other Users to maintain and organise the information. Treateasy may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the appropriate authorities, or to doctors or to other Users who request access to such information.
Treateasy will also ensure that User Information is not kept for a period longer than as required for the purposes for which it is collected or as required under any applicable law.

USER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

All the information provided to Treateasy by a User, including Sensitive Personal Information, is voluntary. User has the right to withdraw his/ her/ its consent at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Conditions, but please note that withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.
