Welcome to treateasy.co.in. The domain name and site ‘treateasy.co.in’, an internet based portal and ‘Treateasy’, a mobile application, is owned and operated by BivaanHealthcare Private Limited, duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter, referred to as “Treateasy” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). The domain name, site and mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”. The Website/App shall be only an intermediary connecting the User with the Doctor/registered medical practitioners of the service booked. Once the appointment has been made and a confirmation has been given to the User & by user, the Company shall inform the Doctor/registered medical practitioners who shall render the consult at the agreed time, location and mode provided at the time of booking the service.Once an appointment has made and it is confirmed at our end, no amount shall be refunded, in the event of a cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, the Company at its discretion shall permit a refund of the full or partial amount if the Doctor/registered medical practitioners becomes unavailable or if an alternative Doctor/registered medical practitioners is arranged to consult. The decision of the Company shall be final in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated within 7 working days for the services which is cancelled before 1 hour of prior schedule.

  • Any reimbursement claim that made by a User 30 days after the date of opt services is not valid.
  • Any amount is credited to User wallet in case of Refund or reimbursement. In case they want to amount to be credited in User account user has to email to company email address with 1.Proper Valid Photo and Name ID, 2.Bank Account Details of the User
  • User will get reimbursement of amount which is mentioned at the website for eg: If doctor or hospital charge fees rs.500 and at website doctor charge rs.450 so reimbursement is of rs.450 only not 500.
  • For higher amount more than 500 user has to send email on the company email id with all details which asked by company after getting confirmation regarding details from User the amount will be reimburse.
